PolySurF™
The PolySurF™ series consists of functional monomers and additives that are used in UV-curing systems and during emulsion polymerisation processes. PolySurF™ products can be used as adhesion promoters, flame retardant boosters and polymerisable stabilisers. End uses include UV-curable lacquers, wet-scrub improvement of emulsions, adhesives, bonding agents, detergents and cleaners.

PolySurF™ ACE
PolySurF™ ACE is a solvent-free UV-curable acrylic acid adduct of the epoxy ester of versatic acid. It imparts acid resistance, high gloss, excellent pigment wetting, water repellence, film appearance, UV stability and low viscosity. It enables improved adhesion to polyolefin, polyethylene, terephthalate and polyvinyl chloride. It imparts hydrophobic properties in emulsions and shows good compatibility with VEOVA, styrene, acrylic and methacrylic esters. Acrylic acid adduct of the epoxy ester of versatic acid.

PolySurF™ HEOP
PolySurF™ HEOP is a solvent-free UV-curable additive. It can also act as a co-polymerisable anionic surfactant and/or adhesion promoter. It promotes adhesion to metal, metal oxides, glass and ceramic surfaces. Proprietary mixture of ethoxylated mono-and di-phosphate esters, the reactive group being methacrylate.

PolySurF™ HP
PolySurF™ HP is a solvent-free, UV-curable mixture of acrylated mono- and di-phosphate esters. It enables excellent mechanical stability, flame retardant properties and excellent polyvalent cation tolerance. It shows improved wet-scrub resistance, improved adhesion to metals and high yellowing resistance. It offers good compatibility with acrylic and methacrylic esters and very good corrosion-inhibiting properties after polymerisation. Proprietary mixture of acrylated mono-and di-phosphate esters, where the reactive acrylate group is methacrylate.

PolySurF™ HPH
PolySurF™ HPH is a solvent-free UV-curable additive. It can act as a polymerisable hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant and/or polymerisable plasticiser. It enables excellent mechanical stability, excellent polyvalent cation tolerance and very good inhibiting properties after polymerisation. It offers improved wetting on metal and wood substrates. It shows good compatibility with acrylic and methacrylic esters and provides good adhesion to all metal substrates. Mixture of methacrylated mono-and di-phosphate esters modified with hydrophilic moieties.

PolySurF™ HPL
PolySurF™ HPL is a solvent-free, lipophilic UV-curable monomer. It imparts very good corrosion-inhibiting properties after polymerisation and provides wetting and levelling properties. It has good compatibility with acrylic and methacrylic esters. It exhibits improved wet-scrub resistance, improved adhesion to metals and high yellowing resistance. Used in polyacrylic pigment dispersants and emulsion polymerisation. Mixture of methacrylated mono-and di-phosphate esters modified with lipophilic moieties.

PolySurF™ HPm
PolySurF™ HPm is a solvent-free, UV-curable mixture of acrylated mono- and di-phosphate esters. It enables excellent mechanical stability, flame retardant properties and excellent polyvalent cation tolerance. It shows improved wet-scrub resistance, improved adhesion to metals and high yellowing resistance. It offers good compatibility with acrylic and methacrylic esters and very good corrosion-inhibiting properties after polymerisation. Used in emulsion paints, lacquers and printing inks. PolySurF™ HPm has a higher mono-ester content compared to PolySurF™ HP. Proprietary mixture of acrylated mono-and di-phosphate esters, where the reactive acrylate group is methacrylate.
